2-Year Limited Warranty
SYKERUNS TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY AND POLICY ON REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES & RESPONSIBILITIES
All SYKERUNS bikes are covered under our manufacturer's 2-year limited warranty for the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship.
This warranty applies only to eligible SYKERUNS products purchased from the official SYKERUNS website or authorized sales channels.
WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET AUDIENCE TERMS
The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser places an order through the official SYKERUNS online store.
The warranty applies only to the initial purchaser. The 2-year warranty period begins from the date the initial owner receives the bike.
For warranty transfer, the transferee may only enjoy the remaining warranty when both of the following conditions are met:
- The 2-year warranty period has not expired since the initial owner received the bike.
The transferee can provide the initial owner's name and the original order number.
WARRANTY PROCEDURE - All SYKERUNS bikes carry a two (2) year limited warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship. Free accessories are not covered under this warranty.
SYKERUNS will help replace any eligible part that is determined to be defective or damaged due to manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship, including eligible damage during shipment.
SYKERUNS shall have the sole discretion to determine whether the damage or defect of an electric dirt bike or covered component is covered under this limited warranty.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
If you believe your SYKERUNS bike has a warranty issue, your first point of contact should be the official website or authorized online retailer where you purchased your bike.
Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request.
Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you first contact us at:

Our support team will review your case and provide the appropriate solution. Valid warranty claims will be processed through SYKERUNS for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase.
SYKERUNS will not ship any replacement parts to the customer without checking photos or videos of the damaged product. The customer must provide evidence via email.
Important: Warranty coverage is limited to the replacement of defective parts only. Any customer-incurred fees, including but not limited to installation, labor, mechanic shop charges, diagnostic fees, or service fees, are not covered and will not be reimbursed.
SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
In rare cases, the product may be damaged during shipping. If shipping damage occurs, please contact us at:

Please provide clear photos or videos of the damaged packaging and damaged product.
All free accessories are not covered for replacement or compensation if there are scratches or cosmetic damage during transportation.
Notice: We only accept shipping damage claims within seven (7) days of your receipt of the electric dirt bike.
COVERED ITEMS
Frame
SYKERUNS bike frames are covered under warranty for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase.
A defective frame may be replaced with a new or comparable frame under this limited warranty. Labor charges for frame replacement are not covered.
SYKERUNS reserves the right to use scratch-and-dent stock or the most nearly comparable frame when replacing a frame under this warranty.
Frame issues that are not covered under this warranty include, but are not limited to:
Corrosion
Paint fade, scratches, or impact marks
Impact damage
Non-reversible modification, including drilling or welding
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, collision, or unauthorized modification
Battery
SYKERUNS batteries are covered by a two (2) year limited warranty.
During the 2-year service period, a defective battery may be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer if the issue is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect.
The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged and is based on the original purchase date.
No cash reimbursement will be made.
The defective battery will be assessed at the sole discretion of SYKERUNS.
This limited warranty does not cover battery defects or damage caused by:
1 Charging with a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the battery.
2 Improper use of a battery charger.
3 Broken seals or evidence of tampering.
4 Using the battery in equipment other than the original SYKERUNS bike.
5 Water damage, moisture exposure, abnormal heat, improper storage, impact damage, or unauthorized modification.
Parts & Components
Original SYKERUNS parts and components are covered by a two (2) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper assembly, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, or customer misuse is not covered.
The bicycle owner may be responsible for the shipping costs of spare parts for warranty service.
Covered components may include, but are not limited to:
Motor
Controller
Display
Wiring harness
Throttle
Brake levers
Lights
Charger
Handlebar
Seat post
Saddle
Kickstand
Hardware
Coverage is limited to defects in materials and/or workmanship.
ITEMS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
This limited warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, stunt riding, racing, jumping, overloading, or other activities not consistent with the intended use of the product.
Improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand, dirt, or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
Scratches, dents, paint damage, cosmetic damage, or surface finish deterioration not caused by SYKERUNS.
Products with serial numbers or barcodes removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
Damage caused by the use of accessories, parts, or equipment not furnished or approved by SYKERUNS.
Damage caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment that differs from the assembly instructions or owner's manual.
Damage resulting from external causes, including collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to severe weather, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
Products used or purchased outside the United States or Canada.
Any installation, labor, diagnostic, service, or mechanic fees charged by third-party service providers.
Free accessories, gifts, or promotional items.
NORMAL WEAR ITEMS NOT COVERED
Normal wear and tear is not covered under this limited warranty. Wear and tear will be assessed by SYKERUNS.
Parts not covered include, but are not limited to:
Brake pads
Brake rotors
Spokes
Tires
Tubes
Chains
Chain rings
Cassette
Crank set
Bearings
Grips
Cables
Cosmetic trim
Decals
Surface finish
Corrosion on electrical components
LABOR AND SERVICE FEES
Labor charges for part replacement are not covered.
Any installation, labor, service, diagnostic, or mechanic fees charged by third-party service providers are not covered or reimbursable under this warranty.
The customer is responsible for arranging installation or repair service if professional assistance is needed.
LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
This limited warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or repair of defective parts at the sole discretion of SYKERUNS.
SYKERUNS shall not be responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use, inability to use, or performance of the product.
Warranty decisions are made at the sole discretion of SYKERUNS after reviewing proof of purchase, photos, videos, and other required information.
