This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through sykerunsport.com, operated by Sykes Trading Limited (“SYKERUNS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped or handed over to the carrier.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will review your cancellation request and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

2. Pre-Order Cancellation

For pre-order products, estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page, checkout page, or order confirmation email.

You may request to cancel a pre-order before it enters processing or shipping preparation. Once the product is prepared for shipment or handed over to the carrier, the pre-order can no longer be cancelled.

3. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery, provided that the product meets all of the following conditions:

- The product is unused, unassembled, and in new condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, parts, chargers, keys, and included items are returned.
- The product has no signs of riding, outdoor use, damage, modification, wear, dirt, scratches, or missing parts.
- A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is provided.

Due to the size, weight, and nature of electric dirt bikes, used products, assembled products, modified products, damaged products, or products with visible riding marks are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Used electric dirt bikes
- Assembled or modified products
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, accident, unauthorized repair, or improper storage
- Clearance, final-sale, or customized items, unless defective upon arrival
- Replacement parts that have been installed or used
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories

5. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us first:

- Order number
- Customer name
- Delivery address
- Photos or videos showing the product condition
- Reason for return

Do not send any product back without written return authorization from us. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Electric dirt bikes are large and heavy items. Return shipping fees may be significant. The customer is responsible for arranging safe return packaging and shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing by SYKERUNS.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sykerunsport.com with photos and videos of:

- The outer packaging
- Shipping label
- Damaged area
- Full product
- Any missing or incorrect parts

We will review the evidence and may offer replacement parts, repair support, exchange, partial refund, or other reasonable solution depending on the issue.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to deduct costs from the refund for:

- Missing parts or accessories
- Damage caused by the customer
- Reduced product value due to use, assembly, modification, or improper return packaging
- Return shipping costs if paid by us on the customer’s behalf

9. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability. Please contact us before returning any product for exchange.

10. Warranty

This Return & Refund Policy is separate from any product warranty. Warranty coverage, if applicable, will be handled according to our warranty terms.
