In-stock products are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, product launches, holidays, pre-order periods, or when additional order verification is required.

3. Pre-Order Shipping

For pre-order products, the estimated shipping time will be shown on the product page, checkout page, or order confirmation email.

Estimated pre-order shipping timelines are not guaranteed and may change due to production, customs clearance, logistics delays, weather, carrier capacity, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together when all items are available unless otherwise agreed.

6. Large Item Delivery
