X7 ships in Package A and Package B. The two packages may arrive separately, with Package B arriving approximately 1–3 business days after Package A. Both packages are required for a complete bike.
Eligible unused and unmodified items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
Written return authorization is required. Customers are responsible for the actual return shipping cost for non-quality-related returns.
SYKERUNS provides limited warranty coverage of up to 2 years for the original purchaser.
The original frame is covered for 2 years, while eligible electrical and mechanical components are covered for 1 year. Proof of purchase is required.
