Eligible bike orders include free standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Most in-stock orders are processed within 3–7 business days, with delivery taking approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Selected models may ship in two packages. Package B may arrive 1–3 business days after Package A. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
Eligible unused and unmodified items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
Written return authorization is required before shipping any item back. Customers are responsible for the actual return shipping cost for non-quality-related returns. Approved defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items are covered by SYKERUNS.
SYKERUNS products include limited warranty coverage of up to 2 years for the original purchaser. The original frame is covered for 2 years, while eligible electrical and mechanical components are covered for 1 year.
Proof of purchase is required. Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, improper assembly, improper maintenance, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.
