At SYKERUNS, we value every customer's trust and are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and reliable after-sales experience. Please review the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sykerunsport.com
Before Shipment
Orders canceled before shipment will incur a 5% handling fee based on the total order amount.
After Shipment
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer supported. You may request a return after delivery. For non-quality returns, a return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return fees:
Electric dirt bike: $180 per unit
Accessories: $30 per unit
Battery: $100 per unit
2. Exchange Policy
Before Shipment
Free exchange is available for products of the same price before shipment. If you wish to change to a different model, you will need to pay the price difference.
After Shipment but Before Delivery
Exchanges are not supported once the order has been shipped. You may request an exchange after receiving the product, subject to the conditions below.
After Delivery
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in original condition, free from dirt, dust, odor, damage, or signs of use, and packed in the original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging for at least 14 days after receiving your order.
Exchange Fees
For non-quality exchanges, the following fees may apply:
Electric dirt bike: $180 per unit
Accessories: $30 per unit
Battery: $100 per unit
If exchanging for a different model, customers are responsible for the exchange shipping fee and any price difference. If the item is defective or damaged due to a verified quality issue, SYKERUNS will provide replacement parts, an exchange, or another appropriate solution. In verified quality-related cases, SYKERUNS will cover the related shipping costs.
3. Return Policy
Return Conditions
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, free from dirt, dust, odor, damage, or signs of use, and packed in the original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for used items, batteries for non-quality reasons, special orders, sale items, gift cards, free gifts or promotional accessories, or products damaged by misuse, improper assembly, modification, accident, or unauthorized repair.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sykerunsport.com
Please provide your order number, photos or videos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and a clear description of the issue.
After reviewing your case, SYKERUNS may offer replacement parts, product exchange, partial compensation, or other appropriate after-sales support. For verified quality issues or shipping damage, SYKERUNS will cover the related shipping costs.
5. Non-Quality Returns
For returns that are not caused by product quality issues, customers are responsible for return shipping and restocking costs.
Return fees:

6. Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit a Request
Email support@sykerunsport.com with your order number, purchaser name, product model, reason for return or exchange, and photos or videos if applicable.
Step 2: Review & Approval
Our support team will review your request and confirm whether your return or exchange is approved.
Step 3: Receive Return Instructions
If approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. Please do not return any item without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or may incur additional fees.
Step 4: Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it according to the instructions provided by our support team.
Step 5: Inspection & Processing
After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. Processing time after receipt is 3–6 business days. If the item meets the return or exchange conditions, we will proceed with the approved refund, exchange, or replacement.
7. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and the returned item has passed inspection, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing time is 7–15 business days. Actual refund time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Shipping fees already incurred, return shipping fees, restocking costs, or other applicable fees may be deducted from the refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time, check your bank account again, contact your credit card company or payment provider, and contact your bank, as processing times may vary. If the issue still has not been resolved, contact us at support@sykerunsport.com
9. Important Notes
Do not return items without prior approval from SYKERUNS. Unauthorized returns may be rejected and may incur up to a 25% restocking fee. Items that do not meet the return conditions may be rejected and sent back to the customer. Used, damaged, dirty, modified, or incomplete items are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are packed securely. SYKERUNS is not responsible for damage caused by improper return packaging. Final return, refund, or exchange decisions are made at the discretion of SYKERUNS after inspection.
