Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Area

Shipping within the Continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
We ship only to physical addresses; no PO Boxes.

2. Shipping From

US Local Warehouses: GA, CA, NJ, FL.
Carriers: UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders typically take 5–7 business days to process.
After shipment, allow 5–7 business days for delivery.
Estimated total delivery time: 10–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

4. Multiple Packages for X7

X7 e-bikes are shipped in two separate packages:
Bike
Battery
Separate shipments ensure safety and compliance with carrier weight limits.

5. Shipping Changes & Refusals

Address change before tracking number: free
Refusal or undelivered package: $180 per bike
Change delivery address after shipment: $50 per item

6. Shipping Fees

Ebikes: $180/pc
Batteries: $100/pc
Accessories: $30/pc

7. Shipping Damage Claims

Notify support@sykerunsport.com within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos or videos of damaged parts.
Replacement for damaged items is free; shipping cost covered.

8. Important Notes

Separate shipments for safety and tracking.
SYKERUNS is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages by carrier or freight forwarding.
All return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer, unless due to SYKERUNS error.
